βAbsolutely stunning place to stay the view is what makes this place amazing!! Friendly and helpful people. Nice and warm room with everything U need including a washing machine. Cool little balcony to enjoy the warm sun or a nice meal. Lots of little walk tracks to walk down to the beach. I do recommend ringing before you get there to get directions to the property. Steep hills being diamond Harbour. Well worth the drive. Thanks heapsβ

βSally was very accommodating after we had to book her bed and breakfast at the last minute and at a late time. The place itself is beautiful, set on beautiful land surrounded by farm animal's and a lovely view. it was so nice that we ended up booking an extra 3 days as me and my husband could not get enough of the view and experience at Gem. Sally also went out of her way to drive me and my Husband to get a rental car the next day. We cant thank Sally enough for her hospitality, kindness and being so very accommodating. we will definitely stay here the next time we come to NZβ

βI had an excellent stay at Pine lake view lodge in a Twin bed studio, room was very clean, beds were made to a high standard and sheets very clean and soft. I slept like a log!! Politeness and manners go a long way in the Mainland and the proprietor was equally friendly and welcoming considering I booked through a third party quite late the same night even after he'd closed the office. I'd most definitely stay here again!! Cheers for a most pleasant stayβ
