Overpriced mouldy hole (studio on Barbadoes Street 277). Cold as hell (no insulation, leaking windows, a big hole under the front door; 2 super weak heaters run only a short time after pressing a button). Mould EVERYWHERE (even when you let in a fresh air every day). "High-speed wi-fi" - what a joke. Super slow and crashes all the time. "Fully furnished" - haha. There was only 1 ultra tiny smelly wardrobe and 2 ultra tiny nightstands (studio for 2 people). Other highlights: * Kitchen door knob doesn't work at all (we used hiking poles to keep the door shut and isolate the freezing kitchen). * Bathroom door knob not working right (have to shut the door hard to properly close). * Stove gives you a challenge everytime to cook anything. * Stupid fridge - you can choose whether you want all your stuff basically frozen or soaked from leaking freezer. Make yourself a favour and find something else.

If you are looking for affordable furnished accommodation for a couple of months close to the CBD, this is the place to look. The property manager is great, easy to work with, and understanding. If you are a social person, you are going to love living and making friends with people from around the world. If not, you will be ok, but sometimes times there will be a bit of noise. The place is clean enough most of the time but it depends on the flatmates currently living there. There are washing machines but no dryers. The rooms come with a heater but unfortunately it has a 1 hr timer.
