“Was in the city running late for my daughter’s Jazz Exam and remembered she needed tights…. Cue panic…. But I remembered there was an H&M! - I hardly ever shop here as the CBD and Riccarton are out of my way, but I was so pleasantly surprised. What an awesome, well priced range of kids clothes! I wish I had more time to look around more. The salesman was super lovely too and really helpful. We will be back again for sure :)”

“I just wanted to leave some positive feedback about Tom Bells at your Westfield Riccarton store. I popped in earlier, made a purchase, and then realised my Farmers Club Card hadn't been linked up properly. When I went back to the till for a quick query, Tom stepped right in. He was brilliant! He sorted the whole purchase out in a flash, making sure my card was added so I got all my points. Tom was so friendly and efficient - he never made me feel like I was holding him up, which I really appreciated. A genuinely great shopping experience, all thanks to Tom. “It's always interesting going to toffs, my friend Bella wanted to go, due to health issues I can't walk round too much but scored three items, the staff are lovely and items categorized by colour etc easy to look through. A chair would be nice so I don't have to lean against the wall.”

“A lot of choices of clothes for men & women. They also have nice selection for kids clothes. Also like that they have dinosaur selections. Staff also provide good service and they are friendly.”

“Went in looking for a suit to wear to a wedding. The knowledgeable staff were super helpful and were more than happy to present me with several options and answer silly questions like what I'm suppose to do with the buttons on a suit jacket. You can certainly get SLIGHTY cheaper suits elsewhere in the mall, but the ones here don't LOOK cheap. Got a good deal including a shirt in the end”

“In the past, on separate trips to Seed I have left feeling judge and like I was a burden by one person in particular (who I have not seen in a while). However, all the other staff working on those particular days have always been incredibly friendly and helpful. I continue to shop at Seed for the quality in their clothing. Fast-forward to today, best customer service ever. Lee was incredibly helpful, nothing was too much effort, she went above and beyond. All the staff working today were very friendly and approachable. When customers have a positive experience, it can make a ton of difference from leaving the shop with a full bag of new clothes (as I did today). In comparison to "just browsing" and leaving empty handed. Great work Lee and all the staff that were working today :).”

“While I love the SPCA and the work they do, you have one extremely rude worker in your shop !!! Literally throwing some of the clothes back at me that i came in to donate and telling me how my things weren't up to her standard. Won't donate or come here again. Extremely embarrassing experience.”
