Staff member Jan is horrible making fun of people with larger body sizes proudly in front of customers to other staff members, none of which told her to stop her comments even though they spanned minutes and multiple people. Have emailed the shop with a private complaint but have had no response. A terrible representation for a good cause.

One of the best op shops in the wider Christchurch area. I pop in at least once a month and always find something useful or special to buy. The shop is clean & well organised and the volunteers very friendly. Best of all I love that our donations and purchases help the great work of the SPCA.
