BestStart Wairakei is exceptional! The staff always listens and helps us with our son. All the teachers are professional and take excellent care of our son.
The facility is great. Clean and spacious and organized with the kid's stuff, perhaps need improvement with communication between teacher and parents. I asked one of the teachers last week how's my daughter was but I was ignored. still excellent management.
Teams at Wairakei are caring and have put effort towards aspirations for our child. The nursery is spacious with abundant toys and play obstacles for children. We have active baby boy and he truly enjoys the centre.
Caring staff, happy kids, great to deal with. Highly recommend.
Pre school teachers are not caring here. My girl go for 3 days and every single day her lunch comes back as I packed. I've really bad experience here. Please make sure with your choice.
This is a fantastic preschool. My daughter loves going and is encouraged daily by the teachers to learn and grow. I know I can drop her off in the morning and not need to worry at all about her care. The teachers are fantastic with communicating all information back to me and get as excited as we do when she learns something new. I would highly recommend BesStart Wairakei to anyone

Great education centre for all ages! My kids get an excellent level of care and learning experience.Always great communication and community events by the team. The staff did an incredible job of preparing our oldest for school. My 1 year old loves coming here and has a some very special friendships with teachers and other children. Great team of experienced teachers. I highly recommend Best Start Waireki.
