My son had a wonderful time at Cuddles from when he was one and a half years old until he was almost three. Under the guidance of the teachers, he grew a lot, learned many ways to interact with others, and formed many beautiful friendships. Nicole and Tony from the Snuggle Room were always willing to listen to his needs and constantly encouraged him to express himself. At the same time, manager Winnie was always ready to improve her team to meet the children's needs. I'm extremely grateful to every teacher at CuddlesοΌ

A lovely ECE centre with wonderful, caring staff. They have a modern, purpose built premises and provide nutritious cooked meals/ snacks throughout the day. Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed her years at Cuddles.

I can't say enough good things about Lexie's new preschool! It's been two months since my daughter started here, and the transformation has been incredible. Not only has she become brave and confident, but she's also flourishing academically. From the warm welcome to the nurturing environment, every aspect of this preschool fosters growth and development. The teachers are amazing, and their dedication shines through in every interaction. We are beyond grateful for the positive impact this school has had on our daughter. Highly recommend!

We moved from the North Island and looked at 14 daycare centres before landing on cuddles. We were so pleased with our last daycare centre that it was hard to find something that matched that standard. Thank goodness for Cuddles! From the moment we walked through that front door we were welcomed by centre manager Winnie and her team. Her and her team are exceptional. They genuinely care for the children and I personally love the centreβs philosophy on assisting children with learning tools for emotion regulation. As a parent, you have to trust your gut instinct and for us our gut said βthis is our centreβ. We start settling visits this week and are over the moon with our choice. HIGHLY recommend.

Wow, it's amazing to see what is possible when great design, facilities, vision and high quality, well qualified and energetic staff all come together for the children's benefit.
I love to see our grandchild keenly running down the corridor into the big room every morning, and the warmth of greetings received not only for him, but for us as caregivers as well.
The staff to child ratio is great, so every child is valued as an individual and is most carefully supervised all day, wherever in the facility they are.
The amazing new building, grounds and equipment make the task of supervision easier for the staff. For example, all parts of the outdoor area are visible from the inside (although I have never seen children being allowed outside without a teacher being with them). All outdoor areas are not only interesting, delightful and safe, but completely covered with artificial grass, off an expansive deck. So nice to have never been greeted at the end of the day with "xxxxx bumped his head today, we don't know what happened, but you need to sign this form...." Even having a proper off street parking area is wonderful thing I'm sure most Avonhead parents will appreciate!
There is a detailed curriculum plan and detailed reports on where each individual child is at (eg literacy). Everything is carefully planned (even the daily meal menus, which our grandson certainly enjoys!). We are amazed at the depth of reporting received on a regular basis. Our child received a detailed report (with photos) at the end of his first week, which was amazing. Even at that stage it was obvious that his teacher knew him extremely well, and by then our grandson already counted his teachers (Melissa and Mikayla and Winnie) among his friends. We so appreciate the time and effort made to produce these regular progress reports. Our child was being toilet trained at the time of starting, and without any prompting from us they constructed a reward chart and kept us informed each day of how things were going. This is the sort of individual care and attention that makes a difference.
The owner (Winnie) is an expert in what she does, and there are no issues about drop-off or collection times, which gives us the realistic flexibility every family needs. She is very accommodating, competent and nothing is a problem.
Changing pre schools was in no way disruptive, and every day we can see that moving our child to Cuddles was a positive move.

We really appreciate the support, dedication and passion the team have shown since we starting. They truly care and provide a wonderful environment for my boy to grow and develop.
