   We couldn't be happier with our experience at Best Start St. Albans. This is our child’s first preschool, and it has been such a positive and nurturing start to his educational journey. From day one, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, caring, and attentive. Our child absolutely loves going to school each day—he comes home excited, full of stories, and already showing signs of growth in his confidence, communication, and creativity. The classrooms are bright and cheerful, the activities are thoughtfully planned, and the teachers truly go above and beyond to make every child feel valued and engaged. We’re so grateful for the love, patience, and dedication the entire team puts into creating a safe and joyful learning environment.    Both of my children have attended this wonderful centre—my daughter started when she was just 9 months old, and now my son is attending since he turned 1. From the very beginning, we’ve been so impressed and comforted by the love, care, and genuine dedication shown by every member of the team. The educators are not only highly professional, but also incredibly warm, approachable, and compassionate. They take the time to really know each child, making sure they feel safe, supported, and happy every day. It’s clear that the staff truly care about the wellbeing and development of the children. We watch our kids growing with confidence, social skills, and learning thanks to the nurturing environment created here. The communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel included and informed. Thank you team for your great work !❤️

   We love this daycare. My boy went from the age of 1 until he started school and this was like a second family for us. Subsequently our wee girl, now 2 is currently there and loving it. The teachers are fantastic - they work so hard to look after all the kids, their creativity and care is top class for a range of kids with different needs and backgrounds. The diversity is a real strength. Plus the centre provides food which is vegetarian, healthy and fantastic. The outdoor space is ace, the community is wonderful, the organisation and management of it is brilliant. We would recommend Best Start St Albans to anyone with young kids.

   There staffs are not reliable and they are very careless they are not taking care of kids properly. I unenroll my daughter because of their poor and careless behavior and please check your kids as well time to time, my wife seen many kids are crying and staffs not bother to keep them quiet. Please please check you kids. They are not reliable. Money is not that much important than Kids. I am very disappointed ☹️
