“I would give more stars if possible. We just had our sons birthday party there today and it was a blast. The party room was set up before I arrived, I was also able to arrive before the party to set up our theme decorations. The staff are super friendly and great with the kids. And all the kids loooooved running around and jump in the play area. I recommend to all who are keen. Amazing place will be coming back for more fun again.”

“Waka Huia is the most wonderful place, very child-centred and in a calm/ relaxed/ family environment. Different aged kids all play together, the big kids look out for the little ones, lots of tuakana-teina opportunities. The kaiako are awesome educators, highly experienced and genuinely loving and kind. My daughter has grown a lot under their gentle guidance. She loves the animals (chickens and visiting lambs), outside play year round, cups of tea, dress-ups and treasures (shells, wool) to play with.”

“The staff played a crucial role in my son's transition from his previous Best Start program. Their friendly and welcoming demeanor made the process easy and helped him make new friends. The activities and programs for the kids are well-prepared and provide a lot of useful information for parents. The photos of the activities show that my son has a great time at preschool, and I feel confident and safe leaving him there.”

“Both my boys attend Riccarton Kindercare and they love it! All teachers and staff members are warm and welcoming, it’s clear that they are passionate about their work and the children that attend the centre. We have noticed such a change in my eldest since attending Riccarton Kindercare, he has come out of his shell enormously and creating relationships with those around him. My 6 month old has settled so well and he is always smiling when we collect him. We have a warm hand over and the communication from teachers regarding needs/wants/learning is always amazing! From our very first visit, the team at Alpha Preschool welcomed us with open arms. One teacher in particular, Charlotte, made an immediate and lasting impression on Charlie, perhaps because they shared the same name! Every morning, Charlotte would go out of her way to help settle Charlie, and this gave us such peace of mind knowing that he was in safe, loving hands. “This is a great kindy. It has a huge outdoor area including a large covered area which is good for when it's raining. There are so many different activities set up to keep the kids busy. My daughter loves coming home with crafts she's made using the glue gun! The hours are perfect for my 4year old as she doesn't come home too tired and over stimulated!”

“I have been part of the Kindercare Rangiora family for the past seven years. I say family because that's what they make you feel like. They have helped me through the seperation with my husband and made sure my girls always knew they were loved and had a voice of their own. Both my girls are very different but they catered for their needs individually. Always easy to talk to about anything and give a lot of support. At times when I was struggling they always made me feel like I was doing the best I can and that is enough. The whole staff there have definitely been part of my village and I am forever grateful to have been part of that family for so long. It has been a big adjustment to not see them every day, now that both my girls are at school. “All four of our children have attended Te Whare Rama Edinburgh Street, and we have loved the experiences they've had there. As a paediatric occupational therapist, I feel very passionate about places and spaces for children. Specific things I love about Te Whare Rama Edinburgh Street are the natural grass area, vege gardens, and trees outside, large sandpit and well-resourced outdoor play area, a side room for sensory regulation inside, and consistent routines that provide structure to the children's days in amongst the free play opportunities provided. The staff have always been skilled, kind, and patient with the children, and I have valued how faith-based teaching has been interwoven through my children's early education years. “Busy Bees is a wonderful family friendly environment for your child to grow and develop. We have enjoyed the experience very much and have enrolled our second child. He is a very busy almost 2 year old and he loves it. He runs into the Center and is always greeted by the smiling friendly staff. They do not hesitate to go above and beyond if you have a problem. They are very solution focused and deliver a high standard of care and education. Each child has a primary care giver but all of the staff deliver cuddles smiles and love as required. We get a summary of the day on pick up and regular updates via Story Park complete with photos. I recommend Busy Bees as the place to be and thank them for the care and love they have shown our family.”
