Our son started knowing very little English and was quite shy, but with the support and care from the amazing team – especially in the Pūrerehua Room – he’s grown so much in confidence. He’s made great friends, learned to communicate in English, and has felt truly included and valued every step of the way. The teachers and staff are kind, patient, and genuinely care about the kids and their family. We’re so grateful to every staff member for creating such a warm and supportive environment. “I have been part of the Kindercare Rangiora family for the past seven years. I say family because that's what they make you feel like. They have helped me through the seperation with my husband and made sure my girls always knew they were loved and had a voice of their own. Both my girls are very different but they catered for their needs individually. Always easy to talk to about anything and give a lot of support. At times when I was struggling they always made me feel like I was doing the best I can and that is enough. The whole staff there have definitely been part of my village and I am forever grateful to have been part of that family for so long. It has been a big adjustment to not see them every day, now that both my girls are at school. If you are looking for a safe, fun and loving environment for your kids to be able to grow and learn then I suggest you take them to Kindercare Rangiora and enjoy being part of the family there.”

“We visited a lot of daycares in the area and chose the YMCA because we loved the community feel. The kids are always out and about, taking part in activities and visiting places like the gym, library and park. Our daughter took some time settling in but the teachers have been wonderful with her and now she has really found her feet and has made some great friends. We love the Y :)”

“The first moment we walked in to Beststart Prestons we felt very welcomed. The teachers and staff are so genuinely caring and really take the time to get to know the children. There are plenty of engaging projects that the children love getting involved in. I have loved seeing the friendships develop between the kids. The teachers have helped so much with giving my son confidence and getting him prepared for school. The meals are fantastic and its great to know my son has had a healthy meal and maybe tried some new foods too! Storypark makes it's easy to see all the great things they are doing during the day, the friendships they make and the progress they're making too. A wonderful preschool, it makes the tough job of not being with my son while I'm working a whole lot easier knowing that he is so happy and well cared for.”

“Approxmetly 8.43pm 29/12/25. Such wonderful service this evening from Wendy. I went to queue and she dropped what she was doing to ask me to come to the desk so she could serve me. I had a bag of kettles and a 90L Sistema storage container. She asked me how my day was and if I had a busy Xmas. She was very easy to engage with after a long day at work. She discussed about the great price of the Sistema containers and may have mentioned that, at that price you could get two! It was indeed good value and her upsell almost made me buy another one. I will discuss with my wife this evening and may come back and buy another two. Keep this wonderful wahine on, she is very motivated and an asset to your store!”

“We absolutely love Casebrook Surgery! The doctors here are so knowledgeable and geniuely listen to patient concerns. In the past year I have had two major health challenges that I have had for many years quickly addressed and resolved through their thorough care and investigations. The nurses are vivacious, kind and attentive - a great for good chat while being treated too! We love the receptionists who are always quick to find us an appointment (even on the same day) and they always keep us updated about doctors timings if the doctor is delayed due to an emergency. They know my daughter by name and make her smile every time we visit. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.”
