Mr. Vaughan is very friendly and funny; he replied to my inquiry very quickly. He provided me with a recliner and a refrigerator, and the car I rented was in very good driving condition. The gas pedal, brakes, and exterior were all well-maintained, as if the car were new. It is a great companion for your journey; it will take you anywhere, from the mountains to the sea. When I returned the car, Mr. Ken was very chatty and friendly. He also provided pick-up and drop-off service to the airport. Anzed is a car rental agency that you can't miss when traveling in New Zealand. Mr. Vaughan & Mr. Ken's service is very pleasant and reassuring. But he was done with work, he checked it for me and then went back to the shop to get the tools and said see if it could be solved, and then he noticed that there were sawdust stuck in the brakes and helped us get rid of it. He was friendly and communicated with us all the time. And he's off work and he's willing to help solve the problem, and it's free. The service was really good. Very impressed.
