I recently purchased a vehicle and both the car and the customer service were amazing. Lance organized for the car to be brought from Ashburton to Chch for me, he made sure he was there to meet me in person, and really knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. He picked up that I was a bit nervous and went out of his way to put me at ease. Catherine and Aaron also provided friendly, prompt customer service. Thank you so much for the service, especially Alex! I went overseas for a five-week holiday. When I came back, my Apple CarPlay was not working. I have asked my data provider and my phone provider but wasn’t able to help me. I have also asked ChatGPT, and it gave me a comprehensive step-by-step process, but still, it did not work. It took me a month trying to figure it out as I couldn’t play music and maps at the same time. When I went to Mitsubishi Sockburn service, the technician was able to advise, but it still came back not working while I was driving. I needed to come back to the shop again, and this time, Alex did the extra mile by testing her phone with my car and my phone with other cars. She also helped me check my phone settings to see what was different. She was able to advise me on how to possibly fix it. It turned out that she has a bit of IT knowledge, and the problem was just the VPN as it prevents me from connecting (this has been accidentally created while overseas). This was not a car issue and is probably not part of their scope as it was just phone settings. But Alex was so helpful and patient and did the extra mile! Thanks so much! All the best!
