Went there for a tyre puncture - Mitch sorted the issue right away. It took less than 30mins. The team were honest and friendly. I will be returning for future tyre issues/replacements.

We urgently needed change coach tyres on Sat. Team at Advantage made space for us and changed tyres like thunder. That helped coach can go back to road without any time lose. And we went back for re torque and pressure check for other tyres they also quickly helped. Awesome tyre place to go. Thanks again.
Tried to get a direct replacement tyre for my almost new Toyota Corolla,a damaged tyre caused by a nail in the side wall of the tyre,and unfortunately unable to be repaired,however,I was told that I couldn't get a direct replacement tyre as there was no stock of this Dunlop tyre in the South Island(somewhat backward I thought)especially as my original car tyre was fitted to my new 2021 Toyota Corolla,although they offered some other options ,eg supplying two other type of Dunlop tyres,I would have to buy two of these as they were not Asymmetric tyres which I needed to match up with my other car tyres,but crazy having to buy two,as only needed one tyre,very disappointing that I couldn't get a Dunlop Asymmetric tyre in all of the South Island,as only available in North Island,not impressed as there must be thousands of my model Toyota cars in all of NZ,but no stock in the South Island,and in the meantime I would have to drive around for several days with a wheel saver fitted to my car,not a safe option,fortunately after discussion with a very knowledgeable person at Katts in Rolleston I decided on a PIRELLi Asymetric tyre for my car,and had this fitted and balanced at a competitive price,not a Dunlop but very close to the Dunlop type.
Awesome service. Called this morning and they said if I brought the care in straight away they'd sort out the Tyre for me. While being unable to time travel, they were able to do the next best thing which was to do it then and there. 10 out 10 to sunny with his great disposition and efficiency.
I went to have my flat tire repaired. They found is's not actually punctured. However, they checked up, cleaned and put that back at no charge in this hard time. Even my English is very limited, they explained everything patiently. Then finally they send me off with their million dollar smiles. For me, honesty and kindness are the most important things than the cheapest price in town. When I need a new tire in the future, I will definitely be back!
