“It's really a precious memory for us in New Zealand. We rented a Toyota Highlander Hybrid for our trip in May and drove more than 1400km. We didn't counter any issue, the car was in a very good condition when we picked at the agency. The staff was nice too, helped us to learn a little bit time of traveller regulations in New Zealand. “Today, I suddenly heard a weird and very loud noise coming from the front of my car. I panicked and drove straight to BM Workshop without any appointment or notice. Even though it was nearly closing time, they didn’t hesitate — they immediately put my car on the hoist, removed the tyre, found the issue, and fixed it without charging me a cent. I’ve always done all my BMW servicing with them, and I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else in Christchurch. Truly fabulous guys — highly recommend them to any BMW owner!”

“Travelled in end Sept / early Oct 2018 in their 4 berth campers and it ran like a dream. We rented the 2 berth from Affordable for the first time in 2016 and decided to upgrade this time round. Absolutely no regrets on that decision - the 4 berth camper had no issues at all and ran better than the camper booked (from one of the big name brands eg britz mighty etc) by our relatives we were traveling with. “Well above and beyond!! Sam took very good care of my car. I came in for a cambelt change and while doing that he found a coolant leak and went extra mile to find the root cause. Then phoned and explained me the issue. Thanks to Sam's great customer service, it was a friday late afternoon. Even though he had to close at 5pm, he stayed longer until he find the radiator replacement and made sure the leak stopped. Thanks again Sam. I 100% recommend this guy.”

Dropped the workshop a photo and email and they booked me 2 days later. It was replaced , installed under warranty and Sparks also charged and checked my battery and gave me some good advice on charging etc- and all no charge!
