   I was pleased when I heard BM Workshop had expanded to Christchurch considering their stellar reputation in Auckland. Great experience, an unexpected issue popped up, they had the part in stock and fit me in quickly to repair it for me just before christmas. Very reasonably priced and clearly very knowledgeable. Even complwted some extra coding for me included with what I had requested which is appreciated. Will be my go to for both parts and workshop without a doubt.

   Today, I suddenly heard a weird and very loud noise coming from the front of my car. I panicked and drove straight to BM Workshop without any appointment or notice. Even though it was nearly closing time, they didn’t hesitate — they immediately put my car on the hoist, removed the tyre, found the issue, and fixed it without charging me a cent. I’ve always done all my BMW servicing with them, and I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else in Christchurch. Truly fabulous guys — highly recommend them to any BMW owner!

   Excellent!! BM have worked on my X5 over a few years with things that started to need replacing due to the age of the vehicle. Always communicated well what needed to be done, really fare hourly rate, and I never felt that anything was inflated. I have referred friends there also. Courtesy vehicles available and they even vacuumed it after each visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Had my 335i in with the workshop for a full service and check up (engine & trans) and then followed up with a replacement of some leaking Injectors. Exceptional service from Chris and the team from start to finish. By far the most professional workshop experience I have ever encountered. fantastic communication throughout the entire process and they even cleaned the car! Top tier service! Would highly recommend!
