Have now had 3 vehicles tidied up with minor repairs prior to selling them, over an 18 month period, and each time the service has been fantastic.    Excellent communication and a top class job. Took care of all the insurance company side of things and repaired my car to as new standard. Without prompting they offered me a loan car for the duration of the work (3 days originally) then happily extended that when we asked to have another minor dent repaired. Sheryl is a great asset to the company!

   Hi.l recently had some work done on my car at J A Ward to repair the damage to my paint work caused by delamination. They gave me a loan car to use while they had my car in their paint shop. Part of the process involved taking out both the front & rear windscreens, sanding back the affected surfaces to the metal then spraying the car in pearl white. The job took about 5 days from beginning to end. The hands on manager Shane l found to be friendly & knowledgeable & l was impressed with the quality of their workmanship when l got my car back. The final cost to me was $2139. I thought that was reasonable & l wouldn't hesitate to take my car back to them if the need arises in the future. Thanks Shane & your staff at J A Ward for an awesome job.

   So great! Had a missing fuel door that needed replacement and was quoted absolutely extortionate prices elsewhere, until my attention was brought to JA Ward - they fixed it within a few hours, for what I would say was a fairly cheap price and did an excellent quality job! Real easy to deal with and friendly - thoroughly recommend!
