Excellent service! I had been to a competitor who repaired my window then when it cracked further told me this doesn't happen and it had likely been further chipped. In other words blaming the customer for their work. I walked into Precicion escalated and Janene was amazing. Walked me through the insurance process, clearly laid out the steps required and got it sorted with no fuss or hassle. We booked the car in and they completed the work with Precision (couldn't help myself). This crew are excellent and I can't speak highly enough of them!
