   Every now and again you meet a person or company that truly surprise with their service and Values. Today I drove my Mini back to the Mini Garage to get guidance on some damage to the front of my “baby”. The first good person was Selena Andreassend, who sold me the car a year ago. Her advice was to go to Action Collision Care which is located on the cnr of Selena St & Hazeldean Road and get a quote to replace some parts and a spray paint. I fronted and after signing in, a Matt came out looked and gave me 2 options based on how perfect I wanted it. To replace the plastic bits and a respray would likely be circa $1500. But first let’s get a painter out to have a look. Shane (North Canterbury Man) came out and had a good look and he reckoned that he could probably make it look almost new. OMG he brings his stuff out, finely sands, polishes and touches up the piano black and white and it looks brilliant. Thank you Thank you! How much is that? Nothing they respond, What. Bloody amazing. These guys do high end stuff, BM’ers etc and they do a really great job according to Selena. My experience suggests they are incredibly customer focussed and very fair and reasonable. Surprised yes, but oh so happy with my interaction. If you need help with your car please try this team.

   Great craftmanship, experienced staff, quick fix, awesome service and care , great communication , friendly receptionist I only have to pay $40 admin fee for the loan car . I researched every car repair shop with great reviews and how well they do their painting jobs and i glad i went here with my Honda HRV It took 6 business days for the parts and repair I ask if they can have a look at the indicator stalk as well cause its been sticky and also apply ceramic coating to the repaired parts and they did i was ecstatic with the results they exceeded my expectation they even vacuumed and shampooed the carpet and it smells great ! Great work team!

   Car was broken into and sent here by the insurance company. Every staff member I dealt with from start to finish was friendly and knowledgeable, making an otherwise inconvenient event into a very easy process. Happy with the time frame, communication, quality of work and the car even came back to me cleaner than it went in.

   My car got stolen and crashed into a roadworks fence so through insurance Action Collision Care was more than happy to take care of it. They did more than fix it, they made it look like new! Absolutely the best service I have seen, communication was clear and fast. They don't just fix the car, they care for it.

   Everything started off great and I was impressed to begin with however, i believe 2 stars is fair and reasonable and this is why - My car was broken into and damage was done to the vehicle. I went in befire the repairs took place and ran through with someone there around what we should repair - I thought this was very professional and curteous to make sure we were all on the same page. About a month had past as we were waiting on parts to arrive from Japan. I was okay with this this as this was not my daily car and more of a car I'd put blood sweat and tears into so I was in no rush to get it back and had high hopes. I just wanted the car fixed to a high standard without any rush. I got a call about a month later to say the car was already for collection. I paid my excess immediately and they kindly held on to the car until I returned to Christchurch. Upon collection this is where things went incredibly wrong. I went to go start the car and it was dead flat - The office lady said "it's been sitting around here for a while" And you think I didn't know that? Would you not put the battery on charge like any other respectable workshop? Now i need to buy a new battery as they failed to simply charge a battery. Secondly, Once I got the car started there were a few imprefections that I came across on the car that certainly wasn't there before. There were scuff marks on the front bumper, adhesive left on the door, vehicle looked like it wasn't really cleaned thoroughly prior to collection. I referrred back to the photos I had on my phone immediately after I took photo's and the scuf marks definitely weren't there. Unfortunately I had to spend money on an Uber going backwards and forwards to this place and now an extra $200 on a battery. They did however rectify the issues and they did give me a lift to a friends house to collect a car I could use however, this is still all an inconvenience that should not have happened. I will be calling my insurance company and getting my car repaired elsewhere to a high standard as I'm not really happy with their quality of workmanship. I was referred to this place by my insurance company but I certainly would not be bringing any of my other cars for repair here ever again and certainly would not be recommending to anyone. The 2 stars is literally for doing an average job. I thanked them and went on my way.

   This is a RAVE Review Exceptional service. Courteous, helpful people who explained clearly the full process to me in language I understand. Clearly explained the booking in process and when the car would be returned. Excellent quality job and the car looked like it was straight out of the factory when I got it back. Not the first repair they have done for me; some insurance and some I paid for but always the same high quality attention. I always recommend Action Collision Care to people who need this service.

   Absolutely amazing service. Had an accident just before Christmas and they were able to replace my door for me super last minute, meaning I could still visit family. Went back for some more repairs and they were amazing. Everything looks great and they cleaned it too. A bit of a wait for a courtesy car, but that just shows how popular they are. Quoted me way less than anyone else too. 100% will go back to them if I need to.

   I almost wanted to write a bad review to this repair shop if not of this man that I think he is the owner or manager of this shop who fixed the seatbelt that wrapped around under one of my backseats. My car was stolen and they repaired it but I was like, went back 3 times to their shop because I found something that still need to be fixed. Im already frustrated. The last time I brought my car was the seatbelt problem, and I was impressed by this man showing no hesitations to sort things out. Very professional. Simple things you did took away my frustration. The lady in the reception is very helpful too.
