Great vibe with the other sports going on in the stadium people working out inside and out on the track (also bush walks by the river for summer), being around others of all ages moving and having fun, makes me feel motivated! Has a vast range of ways to exercise, and opens nice and early, w Pilates, Yoga, Gym, Boxing and other classes. I have never had a PT before, but if your after a personal trainer I turned up and just happened to have Blake show me around, on my first PT session (part of the package to get one session every 6 weeks). I was shown more in this time, about HOW to get fit and reach my specific goals, learning why and how to use the equipment and ended with a mix of stretches to recover (some I had never uncounted and I'm 53) more than any time I've joined a gym before. Blake really knows his stuff with his marshal arts, Yoga, Pilates and boxing back ground, and he's just laid back, non judgmental, (I have a lot of weight to loose) so felt comfortable and supported. I've now booked some PT weekly so that I am get the most out of the membership, its so easy to do exercises wrong way and not get the great results I can see support will really help me to reach my goals! I'm highly recommending this gym!”
