I have curls and asked for a longer natural style and provided a picture, got cut way too short and have no curls.
Nico is one of the nicest and most skilled barbers you will ever find. Not only is he the only person I will let cut my hair now but I also consider him a great friend. He does this by truly caring about his clients and taking the time to connect with them. Getting a haircut for most is a personal experience and you just feel safe in his hands that he will do the best job that is possible. Hes got a keen eye for detail - doesnt take 10000 years to finish it and you will have a banter with him throughout. You walk out with a fresh cut and feeling happy to have met/ spoken to such a wonderful human being. I would pay whatever he wanted for a haircut for that experience hes worth every penny. Legend 11/10.
Ruby, Nico and the team are so amazing! I always enjoy my visits to the Lyons Den the work is excellent, clean and such a beautiful space! Ruby really knows her stuff and is one of the most talented hairdressers iv EVER been to! She is super lovely has the best chats and jokes and someone I can easily sit 2 hours or more with and still won’t wanna leave, her energy is amazing and I appreciate how much care and effort she puts into her work, you can tell she loves her job and is perfection at it! Ladies 100% need to book with her! Nico is one of the best in the business! His work is always SUPER clean and tidy, his chats too are also great and has great knowledge of the trade!
Finally, a barber that listens and knows how to cut hair instead of the usual cut you get, even when you explain what you want. Walked in, sat down and had an awesome chat while getting my haircut. This is by far the best place to go ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
These guys are amazing! I had a young guy Che who was a little freaked when I pulled out a photo that was more of a haircut than barber shave but he took his time and nailed it perfectly. I can finally ditch the hat. Highly recommend my 100% my new local spot.
First time here and I was very impressed. Nico did an excellent job. Listened to what I wanted and knew exactly what to do. Asked really good questions to get a full understanding before going ahead. Also, great music and great conversations. I’ll be back.
Kev did a great job. Listened to me after wanting a change of style. He recommended a classic side part which I said to go ahead with. Ive had side parts before that looked like comb overs but he took this one to another level. I love the cut and he went even further to suggest all the tips I needed to maintain it. Great experience. Highly recommended.
