“If you’re in the Sylvia Park area and looking for a great Thai meal, there’s a cozy little restaurant outside mall definitely worth a visit. It’s a small place, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in warmth and charm. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service is friendly, and it feels like one of those local gems that’s still somewhat under the radar. We ordered the chicken with cashew nuts and the pineapple fried rice, and both dishes were absolutely spot on. The chicken was tender and juicy, perfectly coated in a savoury, slightly sweet sauce, and the roasted cashews gave it a nice crunch. The pineapple fried rice came served in a generous portion, packed with flavour and fresh ingredients — you could really taste the balance between the sweet pineapple, fragrant rice, and subtle spices. What really stood out was how fresh everything tasted. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the dishes are prepared with care. Prices were also very reasonable, which is always a bonus, especially considering the portion sizes and flavour. Parking in the mall, can get busy on weekends. Clean toilets and friendly staff, food can be customized as per ur needs. To top it off, they serve alcohol too — a nice touch if you’re looking to enjoy a cold beer or a glass of wine with your meal. Overall, it’s a great spot whether you’re grabbing a quick bite after shopping or looking for a laid-back dinner. We’ll definitely be going back.”

Red Crab Thai Cuisine favours a simple, bistro‑style mix with clear flavours. Outdoors works well when the weather plays along. Packaging keeps things in good shape to go. Plates offer plenty without weighing things down.

“I just walked in cos it was open at a late time, and was not expecting such a good quality. Actually the Tom yum I ordered was very very nice with the scent of coriander, lemon grass and bay leaves. It was great how it came out with rice. The staff was incredibly friendly and asked me if I needed more rice. Thank you for your kindness!”

It had a steady flow of Uber drivers. Highly recommend the hot (spicy) sizzling beef platter, but the red curry chicken and peanut garden chicken were also great.”
