Good yum cha place. Resonable price and food tasty and fresh
My go-to yum cha place that’s always busy enough to have a great vibe. The food is delicious and the price is reasonable. Maybe it’s because I usually go with my Chinese friends or family, but compared to other yum cha places, the service here feels noticeably better. Parking is also usually plenty. Highly recommend!
This was our second visit to this place, and we tried their Reunion Dinner—it was absolutely delicious! Their dim sum breakfast is also incredibly authentic. Highly recommend it if you're craving traditional flavors that you’ve been missing and longing for. And best of all, their prices are incredibly reasonable!
Came for dinner at 6pm, not that busy on a Sunday. Menu has lots of options. We had the cumin lamb, salt and pepper squid, special tofu, meat platter, mixed veges in soup and beef ho fan. Food came out at a reasonable pace. Good service and they gave us a plate of sweet polo buns for dessert
Everything about this restaurant is great..... except the really high ceilings did nothing for the atmosphere. I think upstairs was a conference / special occasion area. A guy kept coming down for more bottles of red wine. The food I have to say was some of the best Chinese food I've had, cooked to perfection and tasted so good. Our waitress was lovely and knew the menu back to front and was happy to mix and match dishes to suit us. If you can get over the high ceiling and lack of decor you will keep going back. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will be going back, that is a definite.
Recommend the red rice roll with shrimp. The service is fine, refill the tea for us frequently. Top yum cha I have in North shore
A good selection of Teochew (Chaoshan region of eastern Guangdong) cuisine that’s well-known to its fine dining, plus the HK/Cantonese Yumcha.
How could I give out negative rate?? I would love to give out negative stars if I could. They have messed up our simple order, we ordered five dishes and they missed one. The first dish was fast, only took 10 mins to chop the duck off. Then we have been waiting for a whole hour with one dish. We would hate to rush the kitchen but it was definitely very annoying. After one hour, we finally got the second dish, Kyoto pork, it was so greasy just like the pig drowning in the oil pool. The paua tasted very odd. It was obvious that it has died in the fridge for ages. The last dish was the stir-fried vegetable. It was fresh and I bet they were grown from the scratch, where they were hand-picked from the farm. That’s the only reason I could think of why they served the dish with such a slow speed.
