Friendly service and staff was very attentive. Atmosphere and ambience was great. The restaurant was clean and food was delicious. Highly recommend.

This place was very good! The food tasted amazing and the dessert was even better! Highly recommend trying the fried ice cream. The atmosphere was nice and cozy and I loved their decorations. The food took a while to arrive but it was worth the wait. They played good music in the background and I would definitely come here again! And bonus it was all halal :D
Absolutely delicious! Hands down the best Thai food I’ve ever had in New Zealand. Every dish was full of authentic flavors, perfectly balanced, and made with fresh ingredients. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends. We always passed by this restaurant everytime we go to newmarket central and notice usually filled with customers and we would one day come by. This time we came for mother’s day dinner as walkin and we almost didnt get the seating due to late notice. They dont disappoint to its authenticity and freshness. Highly recommended dishes!
NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE THIS PLACE!!! The manager is very rude and doesn’t even know how to talk people! Restaurants are based on customer service this place has lost just bcoz of 1 person in house!! Don’t even want to rate any stars!! I will make sure I spread this to people!! We called for a table and asked to come and the moment we went there the manager is like no space and had to wait!! Bloody nonsense
We were regular customers of Nickie’s restaurant but I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant with my 7-month-old baby. My baby dropped a few bits on the floor while eating rice and the owner/manager addressed this in an unnecessarily rude manner with a loud voice. The staff were rude about it as well and started cleaning up under and around our table with a broom while we were still eating. We have never experienced such an attitude anywhere before. A more understanding and respectful approach would have been appreciated. Not the baby-friendly atmosphere we had hoped for, never going there again.
All I wanted was reasonably fresh ingredients, a ice cold beer and a reasonable price. What we got was great service from the first phone call, friendly quick service, a ice glass, and a very reasonable price tag with amazing food. Honestly I love my ginger tai and this pad khing was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend. And I will be back!
Booked a table for 9 but we turned up with 10, no problem they squeezed us in and gave us great service and amazing food! Was our first time and we will definitely be going back. Thanit was our maître d' and he was cool And made us feel like regulars!
