   Tried the restaurant for the first time as we’re looking for a place to have dinner. Got to the place, it was very quiet only 1 table having dinner. Place is very outdated and looks run down. Should've been the first sign. It was very quiet with no other diners, and couple of uber eats order but took a while for our food or even service. We were in there for more than an hour and we just had to leave after the food was brought out The food was INEDIBLE! Pad Thai - The food is sour and has a very distinct after taste. Massamun Beef - The potato was sour and uncooked, it was so hard I can barely poke with a fork. The beef was extra chewy and the rice was uncooked. If an asian restaurant can’t cook rice properly it’s definitely not a good sign. We just had 2 bites of the food and can’t eat anymore, we barely touched it. We went to pay as it is not good at all. We did tell the lady about it as it is concerning. She offered 15% off but our bill still come up to $56 for an entree, 2 mains and rice.

   Extremely poor service. We were the only diners when we arrived, and even after another table showed up 30 minutes later, the service remained terrible. There were only 2 tables (including ours) to serve the entire time we were there. My husband had to keep getting up to ask for help or basically serve us himself. The food was disappointing—I ordered a curry and mostly got skin and fat with barely any meat. I had to awkwardly wait at the reception just to pay because the owner kept doing other things in the kitchen. You cannot be the cook and the waiter at the same time. I also noticed several Uber Eats drivers waiting excessively long times for their orders; it’s clear the place struggles with basic efficiency. It seems the owners want to run the place alone with no extra staff, and it shows. They clearly can’t manage dine-in service and should consider switching to takeaway only. I was also overcharged and didn’t even bother arguing because I won’t be returning. A truly disappointing visit to a place I once liked.

   The best Thai I have had in a long time. We visited with our toddler and the server was very accommodating and friendly towards us as we entertained him throughout dinner. Would highly recommend for a lovely family night out.

   We come here often and always enjoy it. Cosy restaurant and food is delicious. It is a bit of a wait but algud if you have some drinks. Cocktails are strong as lol.

   Lovely Tom yum and Tom Kha ordered via uber eats. Hard to find food that is actually spicy when you ask for a spicy option. Their spice level is definitely acceptable but I would love if there were an even spicier option, even if that incurred extra cost. Would be nice if you guys would publish what days you are going to make yourself available on uber eats and what days you're not.

   Big portions of the meal and rice. Very delicious and tasty. Only giving 4 stars because Massamum curry was mostly sauce and onions. Had to look for pieces of meat, potatoes and carrots.

   One of the best Thai restaurants in South Auckland. The feel and the warmth you get inside the restaurant is amazing. Great taste with great customer service. Very polite people with always a smile on their faces. Wonderful environment. Must visit place if you are in Papakura In addition to above, if they take time to make your food, don’t worry they making the food that your taste buds will always love
