They quickly diagnosed the issue and carried out the repair, but when more faults appeared (as BMWs often do), Andrew and the team went above and beyond to track down the underlying problems. BMWs are known for having tricky, hard-to-trace faults, but Andrew really knows his stuff. He spent a lot of extra time and effort to get to the bottom of it—something most places wouldn’t bother with. Many other shops just start replacing parts without any guarantee it’ll solve the issue, but here they actually took the time to diagnose properly. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the time and care they put in. Honest, professional, and genuinely passionate about getting it right—I highly recommend them.”

“I had an annoying scraping noise behind a brake rotor thanks to a stone that had taken up residence there. I did a drive-by and they happened to have a spare hoist at the time. It took a bit of effort to find and remove the little bugger, car up on the hoist and wheel and rotor removed - probably close to a half hour's labour - then they sent me off without charging me !!
