   My friend lives overseas and he tasked me with giving his BMW 328i some much needed love and attention. On the first visit brought the car in for a service and asked to check an oil leak. Car was serviced within 24 hours, oil leak was quoted for and car was looked over and multiple issues that were missed when the car was in with my friend Christchurch. Brought the car back in for the oil leak repair and rear shock bump-stops to be replaced - think they failed to exist in the first place, which from talking to my mate, a previous mechanics picked up on but never completed the work. Kevin has great communication, friendly and a tidy workshop.

   I had a fantastic experience at North Shore Autocentre. Brought my car in for an oil change and a spark plug replacement, full diagnostics was also done by Kevin. From start to finish, his customer service was top-tier—super easy to communicate with from booking to after service, and the work was done quickly without compromising on quality. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and I really appreciated how smooth and professional the whole process was. I’ve definitely found my go-to mechanic in North Shore. I’ll be back for sure!

   Really great experience with Kevin. As a woman, in the past I have been ripped off by other mechanics, and have felt as though my lack of knowledge was taken advantage of. However, he provided me with a detailed list of what needed to be done prior to doing it, and it was a really reasonable price too! He was lovely to interact with, and when I asked questions about what was done, he provided me with explanations in a way I could understand. I found him very trustworthy. I would highly recommend him to others and I've already told the ladies in my life to go to him!

He took charge and with his caring nature and years of experience had the car sorted and fixed in such a timely manner.    Based on the amazing reviews on here, I took my car to Kevin for a WOF last week. He did a great job (and cheaper than VTNZ) then I had to return yesterday for help with an unrelated car problem. I hadn't booked in but Kevin generously squeezed the job in. He is such a good genuine guy, really pleasant to deal with and highly professional. I will be bringing my car to him for all work from now on. He really deserves all these 5-star reviews - he provides excellent service.

   Kevin has been my trusted mechanic for several years. I’ve unfortunately previously had rather dodgy ones. However Kevin ensured to do a full review of my invoiced charges against my vehicle he assessed and was able to tell me what had actually happened. He has always looked after me. He is pleasant, quick, thorough and highly skilled. I’ve never had to question or doubt his work or charges. The courtesy car option is also super helpful. I have zero hesitation to highly recommend Kevin.
