   Before i leave review here, i fact checked with VTNZ and another mechanic. Doing wof once a year and was an absolute mistake to go there. To begin with, their technician was sitting inside playing with his phone, which took 10 min to attend with an attitude. Failed on front brake pad and 3 months old wiper blade while the mechanic who changed the brake pads said no need to change and later i crosschecked with VTNZ, even they said it wasnt necessary to change. The technician either was unexperienced or tried to play around, dont understand the difference between genuine ceramic brake pads in a fresh import japanese car and a cheap mix metalic one.

   Went to Bridgestone Wairau and they quoted $550 to fix my front breaks. Autopal charged $331. On top of that, friendly, honest and genuine service. Wof check was excellent. Will definitely be coming back again.

   All my experiences with auto pal have been great. What won me over was my first experience getting a wof with them a couple years ago, my tires failed and it was a Saturday morning and new ones were arranged that day and very promptly for a reasonable price. Every time I take my car in I know that I’m not going to get mucked around which is a really nice feeling. I highly recommend this place!!
