   Organised for a wheel bearing to be replaced 2021 as heard a noise, was told they did the wheel bearing but noise was still there must be something else? Said ok at least wheel bearing is done, year later go for a WOF to be knocked back on said wheel bearing, when I asked if it was the one they had done he said" we don't do wheel bearings for that vehicle" we never do? This was a flat lie as we discussed getting the part used for the maintenance and teed this up over a few phone calls, I don't like being lied to so kept pushing, he looked in his system and said oh we did do the seals. I paid for and was told the wheel bearing was done. Not to do seals. Tripped himself up by flagging his own dodgy work? Not happy poor service didn't care, bold face liar, unsafe work, would not recommend.

   The first two times we booked into the garage we had a cam belt fixed and a WOF done, which was all good and for a reasonable price. The last time however, after booking in 1,5 week in advance we drove to the garage for an hour and we were told they hadn’t recorded our booking and said they had no time to fix the car that day or in the coming days. This was obviously a huge inconvenience for us and the staff wasn’t very apologetic about it so we won’t use this service again.

   Amazing service. Called yesterday for an oil and oil filter change and dropped it this morning. I lived nearby so they offered to take me home and then they came to pick me up when the car was ready. In all my years of going to a mechanic I have never experienced that. Thank you!

   Was looking for car service station in Birkdale for my 18 years old car. I was too worried that how would they handle such old car. But they did a great job and had seen best ever car restoration service. Now I am a fixed customer for them. Love u guys.
