   I don’t usually leave reviews but felt this experience was worth sharing. I brought my own tyres in to get fitted on my Ute. After the fitting I went to install hub rings and found all of my wheel nuts had been over-tightened. One was finger loose, and three wouldn’t thread at all. I had to replace them myself and emailed the shop with photos and a receipt, asking to be reimbursed or supplied with a new set. I got a reply saying they’d check with the tech and get back to me later that morning but I never heard back. I followed up again and still no response. I called and was told the boss would get in touch which also never happened. I ended up going in person and they did give me a new set of wheel nuts, but they were black, not chrome like the ones I had. Props for eventually replacing them but the lack of communication and follow-up was really disappointing, especially from a shop with so many five star reviews. Better than nothing but definitely not the level of service I expected.
