“This Pizza Hut has the absolute best customer service, credits to the lovely man who is often on the front counter. He has served me multiple times over the last year and he is the most friendly, helpful and kind person. One time I went in and wanted to pay for majority on cash and the rest on my card which was only $1 approx but this generous man pulled out his wallet from his pocket and swiped his own card and said don’t worry about it. This was the kindest small gesture, I was so blown away. I called tonight and wanted to make a small change to my delivery order that I wasn’t able to do online and he made sure it was done for me, no stress, no difficulty. He is a real asset to your company and I wanted to take the time to leave a review and share how wonderful this man is. Pizza is always top notch even when being delivered. “Apart from the Kai being a bit on the warm side, I have to admit it's none the less than expected at a food hall. All the food places at Glenfield have the same problem less LJ's which deep fry on the spot. Seriously though get some mayo in the rice and 3 choice of meats, and you're sorted, I loved it, though it was a nice change from all the other food joints there. Will definitely stop again such a cool wee lunch. 1 star bandits especially those with only 1 or 2 reviews, need to chill out and stop being so psyco just because you can from behind a keyboard, 1 star is for extremely poor, very very bad, this place, is not that. Thanks Katsubi Glenfield see you again next week, glad I stopped in for a change after all these years going to that food hall.”
