We pre-ordered pizza for our club wrap up party. Our order was ready on time, the pizza's were hot and delicious and the staff agreed to cut the slices extra small for the little hands we intended to share with. Thank you for the excellent service and yummy pizza!
Best customer service and PLEASE PEOPLE LISTEN I have been at so many pizza hut but Glenfield know how to make the best pizzas. Perfect every time and the lady in front, she is always friendly and she listen what you want. Best customer service ever. Keep it up.
First time in my life I’ve COUNTED the amount of fries I got. 14 fries (15 if you wanna count three scrap pieces). I have ordered small combo fries before and they’ve NEVER been THIS empty. Asked the worker and he told me this is normal and if I wanted more I should’ve paid for more. Pretty sure they gave me whatever scrap were at the bottom of the tray, what a joke. Also only 2 people working lunch rush so this took 25 minutes.
Ordered a delivery meal at approx 1730 with an estimated delivery of 1819 - cool. And hour later still no sign of the delivery. Waited until 1900 (figured they'd be busy cause it was Saturday) but still no delivery. Tried to follow up by calling to be told the driver "had just left". 1915 and the order finally arrives, mildy warm.
The employees there can’t even understand English. I ordered one pizza, one chicken bites and one water. For every item I had to explain to him twice! After that he gave me my chicken bites and I had to grab my water in the fridge behind the counter because he forgot it... After that I waited for 30mins and asked them where’s my pizza. He told me I didn’t order one… Truly stupid. The way he’s lying cause he recalled I mentioned one pizza. He could only say “I only charged you 10 dollars.” I mean come on! I didn’t know and care about how much each item costs. Worst experience this year ffs.
The pizza is good, however, the staff need to pay attention to hygiene, I observed today that the staff didn’t change his gloves after taking cash from the customer. It is unacceptable seeing staff touching the pizza ingredients right after holding money.
Nice little Pizza Hut store located in the Glenfield Mall shopping complex. The access is from both outside and inside the mall. Ample mall parking is available to grab a quick meal and drive away. The staff are nice and well mannered. Food quality is alway good and tasty. Some or the other specials are always going on. Variety of food available is good too.
Although they are busy, their pizzas are amazing! Dough is perfectly baked. We found the Limo pizza to be a fantastic deal. We are able to feed a family of 3 adults, 2 teens and a child... And still have left over. All while catering to everyone's tastes. A bonus was to find out they also deliver!!
