   I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hell Pizza Henderson (Lincoln Road), and I must say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and the team was polite and professional. Our order was taken with care, delivered quickly, and arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavor .exactly what you hope for from a great pizza place. A special thanks to the entire team and management for maintaining such high standards. Your friendly service and attention to detail truly stood out and made our visit enjoyable from start to finish. We had a fantastic time sharing delicious food with friends, and I’ll definitely be returning again soon. Keep up the amazing work and thank you once again for a great experience!

   Ordered from their delivery service and got a thumb sized piece of hard plastic on the pizza hidden under the toppings, my sister bit into it and it cut her gum. I emailed hell pizza to complain WITH PHOTO EVIDENCE but to this day i havent received any response for 2 months now. So unacceptable that feedback isnt even being checked! Unless theyre ignoring it intentionally. Im hoping this bad review will get a response!

   Ordered uber eats and delivery was delayed by almost an hour. Since they use their own drivers my order location was not gps. Tried to call store for update or location but they could not provide one. My order arrived cold. Bloody useless.

   We went into HELL Pizza Henderson to try their famous special ‘Unearthed’ Hangi Pizza and I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty it was, the crispy pork belly was perfect! Great service and our pizza was ready within 12mins of ordering, highly recommend these guys.

   A few weeks back I had the wrong order delived. When I called they offered to send out the correct order but not until after 10.30pm so I asked if I could get a gift card to use on a future order instead. They emailed me a voucher. Last night when placing an order I was unable to redeem free delivery and get the replacement order they promised me. I called to ask for assistance and I was asked to hold. After waiting 10min they returned to say they were too busy to assist and would call me back. I am still waiting that call-back. Very unimpressed by this - now 2 meals missed because of their ridiculous service.

   They don’t listen to order notes, if you’re that expensive you should be able to make it enjoyable for the customer. Undercooked pizza too

   Went in store and ordered a vegan pizza tonight, received it and went home only to realise it was covered in meat. I called the store and they confirmed that the person who took my order made a mistake and made my order meat. Even after admitting they gave me the wrong order they refused to replace it!! I was left with food I can't eat and a refusal from the store to do anything about it. Avoid this place like the plague!!

   Really good besides the long wait time I really enjoyed the food. Staff also apologised for the wait. Found it ironically how I ordered two pizzas and was given a voucher for chicken tenders (which no one will use). My first time getting a thin stretched and I feel it's totally worth the extra $2. Its that much bigger that I couldn't finish it and got to enjoy again on day two. Very much looking forward to the new voodoo addition to the family with my switch out for the vegetarian Quorn. Will definitely be going again.
