Absolutely loved Pizza Hut! The pizza was hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. Great service and a cozy atmosphere. Definitely a 5-star experience!
New owners are much better!! The last 5 times we have received food it has been perfect. No more soggy food thank goodness!! We always get a pepperoni stuff crust, a hot and spicy veggie pan with pineapple, and fries. Sarah and Sean
Ordered Pepperoni Pizza and Classic veggie.It was good and properly baked.Opening Timing 15:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs on Monday & 11:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs rest days.One can order through their website also.Payment done both with Card & Cash.Parking is there for cars.
Ordered for delivery and money taken from my bank. Called them as no confirmed order was shown in the app. They had not recieved the order so nothing they can do. I said I could send them proof of payment and order over the phone. Nope they cannot do that. They said just order again and I said no as didn't want to pay AGAIN...... asked about the refund process and they had no idea so will know have to call my bank
Had group over on sunday 20/8 at lunch. Decided to order limo pizza by phone whangaparaoa store. Indian Guy with limited English answered. I asked for limo pizza he said no, I asked why can't you do that all he said was no. so drove in to store to order same guy same answer , no explanation couldn't see anyone else to talk too So went to Silverdale store and ordered from there no problem from Silverdale store five star from them
I have dietary requirements that mean i cannot eat tomatoes... fantastic for pizzas of course. Whenever i order a single pizza its fine but whenever i order more than one my order is always wrong. Only once was the mistake ever corrected and i was given both the wrong and correct pizza at no extra charge, and they did it before i noticed. Why can no one ever get it right its not that hard to switch out one sauce.
I ordered pizza this time it was not crispy , but it’s good, last multiple times it was great, but seems like staff changed
Well I ordered a ultimate chocolate chip cookie to be picked up at 9 pm and I reached at the store 8:50 which before the time and when I ask for my order at 9 they gave me a cookie which was made way before the pick up time and on asking when was it made a staff casually said about 10 minutes ago. He didn’t even bother to tell me why or apology or nothing !! Very very poor customer service and cold food. Never going back ! Not spending money on cold food and where no one care about customer. I would rather go to domino’s!!!
