Asked what's 'Sub of the Day' today to the staff, blatantly lying to my face as a customer that they don't serve Sub of the day during holiday period. I told them my co-worker literally got sub of the day 5 minutes ago from this store.... Manager lady and staff lady kept talking gibberish back and forth to me saying my co-worker may got it by luck(?) by mistake...um....then advertise them openly there's no 'Sub of the day' till certain date. This Subway branch needs to be re-inspected. Customer service at is worst and disgusting behaviour. I, as a customer asked the staffs how they are doing as a day for friendly gesture. One staff ignored me going into the kitchen, one serving me looking at me weirdly and not saying anything. Is it a racism because I'm Asian or just having a bad day? No idea. But if you don't wanna work there....surely other people will happy to take their job. Never going back to this Subway branch on Marcari Way at Albany. These two female staffs need to be re-trained or review their job vacancy.

I bought a foot-long chicken and bacon ranch sub from this Subway outlet and it was the worst one I've ever had. βI asked for the garlic bread to be toasted, but the employee only put it in the microwave for a 5 seconds and took it out. When I asked for more salads and jalapeΓ±os, the lady at the counter was counting the salads and then only put on two jalapeΓ±os and two slices of onion and carrot. I definitely won't be going back to this outlet. I highly recommend the Subway on William Pickering Drive instead.

I placed an order on the official website for **12 Chicken Classic sandwiches** with **home delivery**. However, due to staff negligence, only **6 Chicken Classic sandwiches** were delivered. **Additionally, I paid for a double portion of Tuna sandwiches but received only a single portion. The entire order was incorrect**, resulting in significant overpayment. My family was waiting for the meal, and after communication, the store refused to either deliver the remaining items, issue a refund, **or compensate for the errors**. Instead, they insisted I pick up the remaining items myself. The delivery fee was significantly higher than pickup, yet I ultimately had to collect the order myself, and they provided no resolution to the issue. **I urge the manager to contact me immediately to resolve this matter fairly.**

Its as good as a sub can be but this place has an ant issue, we got the cups for fhe soda machine on two different occasions (second time we were hoping they fixed the ant issue, but no) and both times there were ant around the machine, on the machine and worst of all in the machine. When you press down a button, fizzy + ants come out :). The manager ask for the difference when we complained there were ants in the machine, but the lady worker apologised and gave us a bottle without needing to match the price difference - personally i would be embaressed too and gave the upgrade. Amazing service from the employee, manager could have done better.

I usually went in there every week and ordered the same combo for 16.00. I went in today and charged me 17.90! Thing is, I was charged 16.00 for the same meal for the last couple of months and had the transaction history to prove it. Despite this, they refused to charge me at the correct price of 16.00. They also said that there hadn't been a price increase since February. They lied to me a number of times during the heated argument that ensued. Scumbags tried to rip me off! There was also a problem with the drinks machine last week, which was infested with ants, so there's that as well. Avoid this place like you'd avoid the Ebola virus.

Itβs Subway, just like the Subway you get from anywhere else. But the place is so clean and nicely decorated, it gives you a good feel to sit and have your food. The staff have always been friendly and tidy every time Iβve been here. Walking distance to Albany mall and the plaza outside the mall.

Good service, very clean premises, ample parking out in front and 7 days a week opening hours. Can order online in advance. Handy location. One of spots to stop over after shopping or games at Stadium.
