   My family and I were hungry so we popped by Hells Pizza for the first time we met a very friendly and helpful Indian guy who helped us with the order. But when we went to pick up the food we asked an Indian lady to clean a table for us and she told us "I'm very busy, I can give you a tissue and you can clean it up" in an annoyed tone. As we are halfway through our meal she comes ypu to us and asks to clean the table we decided her offer and she only gave us 3 tissue with the pizza and the wings to share between the four of us, we asked for more and she's only giving us one tissue at a time and as we were leaving my little sister asks for one more tissue and shes says how many do you want in a rude tone and shes says the it company policy to only give three tissues. As we go to leave she tells us to put our pizza box in the red bin in the back, which would have been reasonable if she had given us good service. The food was OK I would not go back again because of the horrible customer service. Just go to any other pizza place in Ormiston. Domino's gives better customer service.

   First time ordering delivery as I just moved to the area. I got the same excellent service and pizza that I am used to from Hell Pizza New Lynn. Pizza was great, hot, fresh, and delivered in good time. Drinks and desserts well looked after too. Thanks so much, Hell Pizza Ormiston!

   i never write reviews and have never been bothered to take the time out of my day to do so. if i could give this place 0 stars i would, i walk into the place and asking for the “Doobius” pizza or whatever it’s called, of course i came for the grinder that it was advertised for, i ask the indian staff if i still get the “GRINDER” with the snack pizza, he said “no, you can only get the grinder with the double” so okay i order the double expecting my grinder. i wait about 15 minutes and i get my order but im missing my grinder. i ask him, “where is the grinder bro?” he then tells me how it was sold out in 2 days, so i confront and ask him “so why’d you tell me that i can get it with the double if its been sold out?” he then proceeds to lie and say “i told u from the beginning that it was sold out” and then as i try to confront him some more, he rudely interrupts me and tells me “but bro you need to get out now, im closing the store now, you need to leave now” so i just leave with $28 bucks wasted when i could have just went to pizza club if i actually wanted GOOD pizza. whoever is in charge of this establishment, you need to sort out your staff because this behaviour is absolutely unacceptable, teach your staff how to not lie to their customers, i would have respectfully said “okay no worries” and left the store if he had just simply told me “sorry we are sold out of the grinder” from the beginning. save your money guys and go elsewhere, hells pizza ain’t even all that.

   The delivery team goes above and beyond expectations, and the pizza is the greatest in hell. Hell pizza is my preferred option compared to Pizza Hut and Domino's. amazing men. Keep it up.

   Absolute rip off. Nothing compared to other hell pizza outlets. Bare minimum filling on all 3 pizzas that were ordered. Not worth the price of $23 per pizza. Will never order from this place again. All I could get was apologies when phoned to give a feel back and excuse given was the pick up was late. Unbelievable!!!

   Never come back again. Terrible pizza. Poor quality. The price is very expensive. It is recommended to go to dominion pizza. dominion they did a great job.

Fast delivery or plenty of car parks available for pickup, either park right outside on the street or park around the back and use the second entrance to the store. Also: if you haven’t tried the Unholy Donut, you are missing out!
