I pre-ordered quite a few pizzas via the website and they were pretty much ready when I asked for them to be ready for pick up. Nothing to complain about but nothing really to rave about either.
I ordered four pizzas for pick-up and had a really disappointing experience. I’ve asked for BBQ sauce on the base many times before, and even when it hasn’t been added, I’ve never complained. This time, before paying, I asked to check the pizzas and once again there was no BBQ sauce. I politely asked the staff member if he could add the sauce since I’d requested it, and he became defensive straight away, as if the extra few cents of sauce was too much to ask. His tone turned aggressive, and I matched it back. When the manager came over, he took the same stance and insisted the sauce was “under the cheese”, which simply wasn’t true. I’m not sure where the training has gone wrong here, but I would have thought customer satisfaction mattered more than a couple of squirts of BBQ sauce. The interaction was far from what I would have expected, and I had to hold myself back from getting more frustrated. The service at this store has always been questionable, but I’ve never raised it until now. The one time I did, the response from both the staff member and the manager was very disappointing.
Very disappointing experience. The pizza was not baked properly — the dough was still raw and chewy in the middle while the toppings were barely cooked. It felt rushed and poorly prepared.
Pizzas were both undercooked and burnt. Chips were very oily, and undercooked. Need to use clean oil. Would not recommend.
Ordered pizza at counter they asked for my name. I was waiting outside and went into every 5minutes to check my name on the screen. after 15 minutes i asked and my pizza was waiting and was cold. I asked why they didn't put my name on the TV and the worker said it only stays up for a limited amount of time. My name was never up there. I waited for ages . Terrible system ...service
Ordered the New Yorker, was absolutely pathetic. One one of the slices it had 1½ slices of pepperoni. Cheese was dry and was nothing like the advertised pizza. Also ordered the Cheese and garlic scrolls but they gave us cheesy garlic bread instead.
STALE FOOD- Not sure what to call this potato fries or mashed potatoes, also the pizza we ordered had some kind of stale smell. This is the third time I have had issues with this store, never ordering it again pathetic.
Had an issue with our order. Rung and the duty manager went above and beyond to fix the problem. Replaced our order and hand delivered it. Delicious. Thank you. Rare to find such exceptional customer service and great food. Highly recommend !
