“My experience at Focus Hearing Howick was fantastic. Daniel was so professional and knowledgeable. I have had my hearing aids for a month now and they are the best ever. My last pair were always falling out and were very annoying and hurt my ear canals. Daniel took a mould of my ear canals and the new aids fitted perfectly. Took a sample in and the lovely lady gave me an accurate reading of my pool water quality. I followed her advice and presto, a week later, the pool was clean and crystal clear. I always buy my products there now, as the pool chat and service is excellent.”
