   Have been bringing my 78 year old mum to Daniel to get fitted for Hearing aids. What a true pleasure. Daniel & the staff are exceptional & have made mum (as well as myself & sister-inlaw) feel very comfortable & welcome. Everything was clearly explained so it was easy for mum to understand the whole process. This is the place to go if you need hearing aids, true professionals.

   I couldn't be happier with my experience at Focus Hearing. Daniel was super efficient and professional, explained the details of my hearing loss and then hearing aid options very clearly and plainly, and made decision making easy. I felt that Daniel's follow-up service and ultimate desire to make sure I had the right solution was always a priority for him. As many people do when facing hearing loss, I put off making an appointment - on reflection if I knew it was going to be this easy, I would have done it alot sooner. I'm also glad I chose Daniel and Focus Hearing Howick as I did (and do) feel that he had (has) my best interests at heart first and foremost. Thanks Daniel!

   I took my father to visit Dr. Daniel because of his hearing problems. My father has been very reluctant to visit any audiologist before our visits. Dr. Daniel has been really patient to elders and offered excellent services which impressed my father very much. Because of his patience and clear explanations my father eventually understood the importance of needing & wearing the hearing aids , as well as the benefits of wearing hearing aids.    My experience at Focus Hearing Howick was fantastic. Daniel was so professional and knowledgeable. I have had my hearing aids for a month now and they are the best ever. My last pair were always falling out and were very annoying and hurt my ear canals. Daniel took a mould of my ear canals and the new aids fitted perfectly.
