   I’ve usually ordered from beauty lounge but theyve recently left a scammy taste in my mouth. 35% and 40% emails were sent out for on Wednesday 26th advertising discount on “everything” for Black Friday - no mention in the email that anything was left out of the promotion, and even had pictures of the eye lash serums in the email, stating that they had been restocked. When the promo code inevitably didn’t work for me I emailed support team twice with no reply. I received a further promotion email on Monday 1st (after false promoting this all weekend and getting customers to visit their site) that the deal “excludes revitalash and lilash”. All felt a bit scammy to get you to their website for Black Friday. Won’t be ordering again.

   I had an extremely pleasant experience with The Beauty Lounge. The product I ordered arrived extremely fast, unfortunately though I had an adverse reaction to it which was obviously not their fault, I just happened to be the rare few this particular product didn't work out for. When I reached out to them about this my email got caught in their spam filter so there was a slight delay but after that my correspondence with them was highly efficient. They simply asked me to fill out a form and send back the product and upon receipt of the product they processed a full refund. Would definitely come back here to purchase other products due to their impeccable service.

   Great costumer service! The hair colour I bought went out of stock, so they gave me the option to change to another colour, or to other products of their store, or to get a full refund. I ended up asking to change to another product that costs more and I would pay the difference, but they replied immediately saying they would send it on next day courier at no extra cost. Very happy with their responsiveness and care.

   I needed a pair of Tweezermans (they are unparalleled in every way compared to what you find even at upscale pharmacies) and emailed to ask when they’d be back in stock. Someone reached out to me almost immediately to give me a time frame, and then emailed me again to let me know when they officially came in. I was able to order them right away and they offer free overnight shipping within NZ, so I got them within 16 hours of ordering! (Be forewarned that you cannot go to this store in-person; just order online and have it shipped to you.)
