Excellent service from Mark and Sharon, reinvigorating an old Office chair of mine. They have nursed a few of my chairs back to good health over the years. I cannot recommend them more highly - they are obliging, efficient and skilled.

The gas lift on my home office chair needed to be replaced. I had put it off for months thinking I would have to take it somewhere and it would be really complicated. I found Chair Doctors on Google and made contact. I couldn't believe how good the service was - communication was fast and clear, and they came on site and replaced the gas lift in a few minutes.
Excellent service for a good price. My expensive office chair was damaged during shipping from the UK. Chair Doctors collected the chair the next day for a free no obligation quote. The mechanic who came to collect the chair talked me through what was not working, why and what he would do to fix it. The chair was returned the day after payment and all the controls are now working perfectly. They even summarised the cause of the problems in an email so I was able to claim on insurance.
Sean is absolutely incredible! Fully expected them to take my chair away but the repair was done in less than 30 seconds in front of my house, insane! Did not even know office chairs like mine were fixable so thank you guys! Highly recommend :)

I purchased a used Formway Life chair online a couple of weeks ago and it required reupholstering as well as a repair to the seat depth adjustor. I had fully expected the item to be taken away, and repaired over the course of a few days, however both jobs were completed in *less than three minutes*, on site, by a very well-prepared repairman. Quotes from other repair shops were either higher than Chair Doctors, or didn't communicate the same level of knowledge with respect to the model of chair I needed fixing. Very much recommended.

I paid over $100 for them to re-gas one of my chairs in 2014. Within 8 months it was falling down, and they chose to not honour their warranty and look at it. That's fine! I googled around and you can buy, for about $20, clips which fit onto the chair gas lift, and keep it at your desired height. They're still working 6 years later. They will outlast the chair. I highly recommend this instead of getting your chairs regassed. Unfortunately, Chair Doctor keeps emailing me, again and again, offering me services. I've now emailed them for the third time(first was 2016, second 2017, and now third time today), asking them to please stop spamming me. It took a threat to report them for spamming to the DIA to get them to finally remove me from their list. I highly recommend you avoid this service. Anything goes wrong - good luck! And the email back was pretty nasty too, especially when I reminded them they didn't even want to honour their warranty so why would I ever use them again?
