   Absolutely disgusting and poor quality ! Purchased my engagement ring 2 years ago which was a 2.00ct solitaire on 18k gold and have recently lost the diamond. Have been told it’s due to “wear and tear”. I never wore my ring the first year due to having 2 babies which could’ve got scratched by it and after that only wore it for special occasions. This ring had less than 6 months of wear. Never wore it to sleep, never wore it cleaning, never wore it at home, ANYTHING. absolute scam to be told it’s due to wear and tear after such minimal usage. Would NOT recommend diamond factory to anyone.

   Had the most amazing experience picking out a ring from Diamonds Factory last year! We found a design we liked and got talking to Ben who we had a video appointment with. At first we were hesitant as it was a fully online process and we wouldn't be able to know how the ring would look on my finger, but he reassured us that we could go into their physical office in Auckland to try out the design to see if the sizing would be correct and all that. What I loved was that you could customise the ring from start to finish, from the diamond carat size to its clarity and colour, showing how much more inexpensive the ring could be if we did a bit of tweaking of the diamond. He meticulously explained the whole process and guided us to the perfect ring. I would totally recommend as my husband and I could not be happier!

Michaela from Diamonds Factory NZ was nothing short of amazing throughout the whole process. She helped me select the perfect engagement ring, organised to have it custom made, and covertly dropped it off to me later at our hotel, so my partner didn't find out until the right moment. She made the process so smooth and easy, prior to and during the trip. Outstanding service and a pleasure dealing with her. Highly recommended!
