   They are not fair with customers if you buy anything and returned them immediately even they charges 15% handling charges. Which is not fair and it seems they are focusing for more profit from customer. I will never ever buy anything from this store . I would request to other people don't buy from them otherwise they will make two profit one for buying and another one for returning. I will always prefer to buy from Bunnings or Mitre10.

   Called them to get the sales email contact as they do not have website, emailed them immediately after phone call but they did not respond to emails. After waiting a few working days still no response so had to go to nearby competitor instead with our two upcoming developments and probably future ones too. Their prices are good but timing and service can be better.
