   Really dissappinted. Eaten food from here many times and loved it. Today, I followed the signs to order our lunch, the cook advised me to use a QR code as the team were on break. I returned to our table to do that. A team member came to the table and advised me to go to the counter to order. I tried to order at the counter but the cook interjected and told me no, go order using the QR code. I told him the team member had asked me to go to the counter, he talked over me in a condescending manner, implied I was being difficult by refusing to use the QR code. I'd have been more than happy to use the code to order. Having experienced such interaction with the cook, I won't return. Totally unnecessary and a bad advert for the usual great experience of hospitality in Titirangi.

   Yum. Enjoyed a delightfully delicious fusion wonton soup. New to the menu and well worth it. Light, tasty and perfect for a rainy day or any day for that matter! Must admit we might have gotten some grandma special treatment but Craig always puts so much love into his food even when grandma's not ordering x

   Try the carrot cake - moist, tasty, good portion size and great value! The coffee is good but you might want to ask for extra hot if you prefer a hot drink. The only downside is the layout of the establishment - it seems back to front. Having said that, I'm not sure what can be done to change it. The managers/owners are really pleasant.

   The best in Titirangi village is back and better. Love this place and the craig and the team and so excited that it has reopened. All the burgers are highly recommended especially the pork belly burger and steak sandwich. Looking forward to trying the new menu on our next visit but we did get to try the new ice-cream which was a hit.
