Store in Auckland

“Small, you can easily miss out but service is great. Pharmacist very nice and fast. Now with Balmoral Pharmacy becomes a vaccination centre where people have to squeeze like sadins, I’d go to this place for my prescription.”

“Great service, no problems much better than $89 for delivery ! (Only a small box)”

“We have just used Cascade Pools to put our pool in and we are very happy. We have a tricky site in front of our house, on a slope, close to a neighbour, and bordering the footpath. We wanted a pool that gave us room to swim but wouldn’t break the budget - and it was Cascade Pools to the rescue. Matt, Myles and Dino worked with our landscapers and excavation team to make the plan work and have it consented by council. Matt guided us with final choices and selections, taking us to meet another Cascade customer to see their pool to help us make a final colour choice. Myles has seen us through installation and getting the pool up and running, going above and beyond to have us swimming before Christmas and providing ongoing support with our pool maintenance questions. You can see that Cascades is a family company and they are passionate about their clients getting the pool they want and enjoying it for years to come.”

“Fantastic team with customer care focus”

“I purchased a York MultiGym online which was a bit scary for me. Before paying I phoned and spoke with Heath. He was very helpful, answered all my questions and nothing was too much trouble. Picked the gym up yesterday and it is exactly as I expected/was hoping for. Awesome, fantastic to deal with - thanks again !!!!”

“Mini jewellery store which also sell sunglasses. Purchased my quay sunnies from here and was served by a lovely young lady. Situated in the middle of the mall infront of Lovisa.”

“Went to Skechers last Friday 9 May- the lady who helped me was exceptional compared to the guy at Manukau who didnt seem to want his job that badly. Thank you so much Im sorry I forgot your name - should get an increase lol”

“I had the best experience while renovating our kitchen with them. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend this business.”

“I had an amazing experience here, the pharmacy assistant (i think her name was eva..?) was great and really helped me out”

“At first I didn't see what I was looking but the sales assistant said he would look for me anyway so I waited. An old dude came out and explained how he could create the shirt in the style I wanted, he pulled a plain shirt off the rack, grabbed some extra material from the back and briefly explained how he would make it look like what I described to him. I agreed, he sized me up and I paid (what I thought was a reasonable price, especially since he was going to make the shirt), 4 days later I pick up a black and gold shirt. Exactly what I had envisioned, and it suited the themed event I attended that weekend. Very affordable, friendly amazing service. Definitely going back in the future.”

“Bought a scented candle and the pack of four glass straws. The staff were helpful and considerate. Overall it was a good experience.”

“After dealing with Jacks the competition, in which I unfortunately had a very poor experience. I can say it was a much better experience to work with Machines R Us. SCM seems to be much better quality Felder for similar price based on my experience. I will eventually swap over all my gear to SCM as it just seems to work. the guys here were also very helpful in taking the time to help me get the gear that suited my needs best.”
