Inconvenience, I bought 4 items from here and decided to refund them 5minutes after purchasing as I found out someone already purchased a pair for my nephew. There was a system error with the eftpos machine and they couldn't even refund me in cash, I had to drive all the way to new lynn just to get a refund and they dont even reimburse me for gas either, which was an inconvenience on their end should put up signs stating refund policy!!!

My sister was shopping in the mall today and thought she would pop into the store. She then had second thoughts because she has enough stuff for her baby. She didn't even enter the store and was walking away. The worker came running after her demanding to check her pram. How disgusting and discriminating!!!! Shame on you cotton on kids.
