do not let the asian girl who is fuller figure about 5’5 in height assist you. she provided me permission to access jewellery in the cabinet and then forcefully grabbed and pull my arm out of cabinet when my 14 year old daughter asked me to try on a ring. i have a trapped nerve in my neck and after she pulled my arm out i now have a constant pain in my left shoulder. as this is minor assault the police cannot proceed further with assault charges. please do not visit this kiosk as the manager (shorter and smaller asian girl) agreed this is assault. i requested a peaceful resolution with a discount where divine declined my request furthermore called security and supplied me with a 2 year ban as if Lynnmall is a tourist attraction when they are minor with limited stores and most store close due to poor foot traffic. for the sake of your safety do not visit store as they have poor customer service and will assault you. food for thought. i hope divine care more customer safety in response instead of reputational damage with facts recorded on CCTV footage.
