Slow to pay out - I'm still waiting for payment on a dress that sold almost six weeks ago. No timeframe's been provided as to when I can expect payment, despite having been in store to follow up on this. A simple anticipated date of payment included in emails notifying sold items would be sensible.

Beautifully presented shop and clothes but I have been twice to feel like I am in the wrong shop. No service, smile or even acknowledgement feeling very unwelcomed and judged. I hope one day I can walk In there feeling comfortable to look around. Edit: it was PM the 30th June

Great collection of branded clothes… sometimes you will find brand new ones too for very affordable prices.
Go to Tatty's in Ponsonby instead - they are a better option for recycled clothing. Tatty's offer a huge variety in-store and online and their prices are more realistic - some great finds there. Also, their process for sellers is very well set out on their website. If they are unable to sell your items, Tatty's always thank you for bringing them in and even apologize for not being able to sell them for you! You don't get this level of customer service at Renew unfortunately. Go to Tatty's instead.
