    Non existent customer service.Not a hello or can I help you and they weren't even busy. Maybe a reality check for staff that it is very hard to get a job currently and anyone could have more enthusiasm for their job based on the current economic situation in NZ.

    I have had gr8 experiences at suprette before but the blonde girl with a black blazer and black dress was so lovely to me today. Actually felt listened and heard. Best customer service ever. Also the brown haired girl who’s super tall is v nice.
