   Bought an expensive f63 sole treadmill costing $3000 on 04/12/2021 from Rebel sport due to the warranty and quality. This product recently broke and Rebel said I should contact bernsport for the warranty. Bernsport gave excuses why it is not covered under warranty such as wear and tear even it barely even hit the 3 year mark. They also said irregular use of lubrication. I lubricate the treadmill from time to time there is no way to count the times I lubricate it. They said I used the wrong lubricant. The treadmill was already broken way before I switched lubricants. Not very good service. The technician Tracey I spoke to over the phone was a weasel probing for any excuses for the treadmill to not be covered under warranty. Will not be buying anything further from rebel. The warranty is nothing but a scam. Bernsport is a joke

   Bought a SPIRIT CE800 ELLIPTICAL CROSS from Bern sport, machine broke after 2 weeks (i think it was just bad luck for me and no one's fault). Reached out to Bern Sport, they sent someone (Tracey) out that that's very knowledgeable and professional, that fixed it on the spot. The overall experience of visiting their store, enquiring about which model i should buy (Heath really know his stuff), and also going through the process of getting something fixed when i run into problem, is just pleasant and their services are top notch too. Keep up the good work Bernsport, you guys are setting the bar very high and i will be pointing everyone that wants to buy gym equipments your way from now on. Kiw - a very happy customer

   I bought an exercycle from Bernsport, and the service was excellent. They were so accomodating to my needs and allowed me to take my time choosing the right machine for me, as well as providing great after sales service. The quality of the product is great - these are solid, well made bikes and they range from a very affordable model to top of the range. Highly recommend this company.

   I purchased a York MultiGym online which was a bit scary for me. Before paying I phoned and spoke with Heath. He was very helpful, answered all my questions and nothing was too much trouble. Picked the gym up yesterday and it is exactly as I expected/was hoping for. Awesome, fantastic to deal with - thanks again !!!!

   purchased a treadmill from rebel sport, started having issues after 15 months. Approached them for warranty as instructed by rebel sport. After examination I was told the issues were due to inappropriate lubrication technique/lack of lubrication. When I pointed out the treadmill is not due for lubrication according to the manufacturer recommendation( it says first lube is required only after 180 kms, while mine had only done 85), they trying to say it is from inappropriate use. Very disappointed. Will not be considering this shop for another purchase.
