I’ve been trying to get a price for my kitchen renovation for over two months now. Sent emails, made phone calls — no replies at all. Really disappointed. This isn’t the manaakitanga or professionalism I expected. If you can’t take on the job, just be upfront instead of leaving people waiting. Not recommended
Please think twice before using this company. My kitchen is only half year old and already falling apart – hinges broken, shelves cracked. When I called for help, the owner simply ignored me. I am very disappointed. If this is how they treat customers, I am strongly not recommend them at all.
I had the best experience while renovating our kitchen with them. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend this business.
