Went to Skechers last Friday 9 May- the lady who helped me was exceptional compared to the guy at Manukau who didnt seem to want his job that badly. Thank you so much Im sorry I forgot your name - should get an increase lol
Ordered some shoes online. When they arrived was completely a different pair. The store sent the wrong pair. Tried to return it and get them to resend the right ones. If I wanted the shoes I ordered, I had to travel to the Ormiston Store where it was dispatched. So what was the purpose of ordering online? Very disappointed. If only the shoes were checked before sending them out! Now can’t even reorder them online as i will have to pay for the shipping and now it’s not even on sale!
I went to Skechers Ormiston on 22 June 2024-last Saturday. I was really amazed by the exceptional customer service by the store manager Tiffany and the staff Amber. Both of them were very patient and went extra miles to help me to locate the right size of the shoes. They spent lots of time in the storeroom and tried very hard to find the product. I really appreciated their efforts. I was so happy and will visit again. Would also recommend the Ormiston team to people who would think of instore shopping. Thank you Tiffany and Amber, you girls are so fabulous!
I can't speak highly enough of the excellent service i recently experienced by the team at Ormiston Skechers store. I had purchased a pair of GoWalk Archfit shoes at another Auckland store but found them uncomfortable. The Ormiston store Manager explained why the Archfit was not suitable for me and redirected me to a pair of GoWalk shoes that are perfect. As the new pair was to be ordered in, the Manager happily exchanged them and arranged for delivery to my home, arriving 2 days later. I very much appreciate the wonderful service and am enjoying my new shoes.
Was told by Manukau branch they open until 6pm but got their 530pm they closed
